Expertise is the foundation to improve your safety level. Our consultants have a prolonged and intense experience through practice and education and spend ten percent of their time on knowledge and product development. Every D&F employee works in a Knowledge Expert Team, or KneX! Team. The following KneX! Teams are at your service:

• Machine Safety (CE marking, Machine Safety in the user phase and Functional Safety)
• Process safety (Process Safety Management, Explosion Safety or ATEX)
• Safety Management & Culture (Safety Management and Behaviour Based safety)

With D&F you bring an independent advisor to your company. As we have all the relevant areas of expertise gathered within our company, we are able to achieve synergy and avoid conflicting recommendations. For each project, a customised proposal is made and we review together with you which form of co-operation is the most suitable.

D&F implements

We provide you with complete peace of mind by offering a one-stop safety shop. We can implement at the same time a risk assessment of a machine, a HAZOP study (Hazard and Operability), a commissioning inspection of a production line or a validation of a Functional Safety plan.

D&F coaches

You implement and we coach you for example by aiding you and your team to provide CE marking yourself to a production line or by individually coaching operational managers in managing (safe) behaviour.

D&F writes

We provide you with important documentation, for example, an Explosion Safety Document, a validation plan, a Lock-Out/ Tag-Out/Try-Out procedure and instructions or a user manual of a machine.

D&F trains

We offer training via open registration or in company and customised for your business. Examples are: a training how to influence (safe) behaviour for managers, a Master class Explosion Safety, a training on CE marking based on your projected installation or a Safety Risk Analysis of Job/Task Safety Analysis training.

D&F coordinates

We can also take the lead in the implementation of a complete safety behavioural programme, the implementation of a Management of Change (MoC) procedure, the set-up of a Process Safety Management plan or through the guidance of technical safety improvements.
